  • Delivery Time: Orders within the contiguous United States typically arrive in 1-3 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Our Commitment: We take pride in processing and dispatching your order as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. ARROW JEWELRY SUPPLY’s 30-Day Return Policy allows you to purchase with peace of mind, offering flexibility for returns or exchanges on most jewelry items unless otherwise specified.

  • Return Period:
    • Within 30 Days of Delivery: Return your item for a full refund (excluding any rush or overnight shipping costs).
    • Within 31–45 Days of Delivery: Exchange your item for another ARROW JEWELRY SUPPLY product of equal or greater value (customer covers any price difference).
    • From 31-60 Days: Returns for refund are subject to a 30% restocking fee, and no exchanges are offered after 45 days.
  • How to Start a Return:
    • Contact our customer service team at 678-772-6054 (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST) or email sales@arrowjewelrysupply.com to initiate your return or exchange.
    • Items MUST be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging and documentation (e.g., certificates for certified items).
  • Defects & Damages:
    • Initial Defects: Report any manufacturing defects within 5 days of receipt for a prompt replacement.
    • Transit Issues: Notify the carrier immediately of any damages or losses incurred during shipping. ARROW JEWELRY SUPPLY is not responsible for packages marked as DELIVERED by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.  Please secure your delivery points from package theft.
  • Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items:
    • Custom Engraved and custom-made Jewelry: Due to its personalized to your specifications, cannot be returned or exchanged. But we may be able to fix any customer spelling errors, please contact us for help.
    • Other restrictions may apply; please check product listings for specific details.
